Not just to build a world-class team alone but also to reach out to investors, partners, customers and utilizing the experience and confidence properly in building a strong foundation of a start up towards sustainable growth. TTi Limited ideas have been inspired highly by the vision and experience of its founder and C.E.O Mr. Leonard Shayo. From his 15 years of business experience as he held senior managerial positions in Commercial departments for both FMCG and Services industry at Coca Cola and Vodacom, his passion and creative mindset pushed him to think beyond being employed hence started to engage himself in the bakery line enterprise of which he partnered on the establishment of Royal Oven Bakery in Tanzania 12 years ago.

The Royal Oven Bakery, exposed Mr. Leonard Shayo with opportunities available in the line of food production and agriculture sector. As part of his entrepreneurship journey, Mr. Leonard Shayo started to engage himself in International Food Exhibitions of which in 2016 he attended the TUTTOFOOD; MILANO WORLD EXHIBITION in which there is where the idea of introducing Pre-Cooked Beans started. He was exposed in the knowledge of beans and the science of preparing beans conveniently. That experience paved way to intensive research on the possibility of starting a beans processing plant in Tanzania and a neat Quick Restaurant Services in Tanzania focusing on Fast Food and Modernized African Foods.

A good network is one of the most crucial assets of an entrepreneur, but importantly, the ability to leverage that network effectively can differentiate a failed startup from a successful one. As part of the utilization of networks as an asset, Mr. Leonard Shayo entered into partnership with Farm Fresh Rwanda (Main Producers of Mixed and High Iron Cooked Beans) bringing TTi Limited in as distributors in the Tanzania market as part of the process in starting a beans processing plant in Tanzania. This initial strategy connected TTi Limited with other important stakeholders in the beans value chain ranging from R&D, Farmers and Market actors. From this point and our ground experience, starting a beans plant in Tanzania proved to be relevant since there is an ever growing market of Pre-cooked beans in Tanzania. On the other hand, and as part of the strategy to expand his vision, Mr. Leonard Shayo established a sister company focusing on Quick Restaurant Services called Relish Foods Restaurant.
